Concept: Low cost housing module for areas hit by natural disasters and third world countries

Project: the idea was developed to respond to:

• Housing emergency because of natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
• Provide housing to 3rd world countries
• Provide areas for temporary exhibitions

This project calls for modular structures made of extruded aluminum and die cast aluminum joints.
The walls, roof and floor are made with two panels to guaranty a constant room temperature and correct level of humidity. The external panels’ finish match the surroundings where the modules are installed.

The housing modules can be connected by suspended pathways and completed with areas used by everyone such as bars, garden and meeting areas, etc. to make socializing easier.
